MOQ:

· If you need OEM service or need to distribute our brand? the quantity will be different accordingly,and different model with different MOQ. Please Contact us for more information.

· If you need small quantity for your own use, and you can accept our brand,small quantity could be acceptable.

Payment:

· TT/ LC/Paypal/Western Union etc.TT payment would be preferred for bulk quantity order: 30% deposit and the balance 70% before the shipment.

Delivery time:

· Sample order or small quantity order,we can delivery within 3 days.

· OEM service or other big order,it takes around 20 days after confirming the advance payment

Samples:

• Yes,Sample order are accepted,The samples will be charged reasonably according to the negotiation between us.

Can we mix different items in one container?

· Yes,you can order different model to mix one container,and even you need some other products,we would like to offer help.

What about the after sales service?

• 12 months guarantee time will be provided. The effective time calculated from the date of BL
• 1% to 2% free spare parts(PCB or other easy-damage components) to you for your maintenance.
• If need any spares urgently,we will send by Courier or by air within machine warranty period.
• If you meet any problem which can't be fixed by yourself, we will provide technical support through video.
• If any other urgent problem happen, our salesmen and technicians will go to your company to inspect and repair, and offer solutions.
